HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS IN STOCK?
All items displayed in the online store are usually in stock.The availability is only subject to size and colour. However, if the items are left in the shopping cart for too long, they may be bought by another customer. If a certain item has a Request price option then our team will revert back to you on the availability and price of the item requested at the earliest.

Not at all, other than the online store you can redeem it at any Neeta Lulla flagship stores across the world. In case you want to shop at any other outlet that stocks our products, just inform us a few days in advance before your purchase and we’ll set it up.

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD FOR A GIFT CARD?
Neeta Lulla gift cards are valid for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase, the recipient of the gift card will be informed via an email containing it.

We would suggest you create your account to benefit from our many features, or you can continue shopping as a guest user as well. You must create an account to use services like Made to Measure which offer you benefits of logging in your preferences and precise body measurements so that your outfit is made as per your liking and provides convenience for your future shopping experiences. Also, creating an account has benefits like subscribing to our mailing list to be notified on sales and offers and it also helps to manage your cart and personal details.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
Neeta Lulla places top most priority on the information you give us. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

For International customers (when applicable):

International deliveries may attract a customs duty or/and VAT as may be the applicable law in the country of delivery and
these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for customs duties and local VAT if
applicable.

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his /her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc), then we will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED?
We usually start processing your order within 24 hours of payment being processed. Once you place an order with us we also send a confirmation email regarding the same. This does not always mean that your order has been accepted. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact at the email /contact number provided on your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
To change your order once it has been confirmed, you must notify us within 24 hours, after which the change may be made at the discretion of Neeta Lulla.

WHAT IF THE ORDER PLACED BY ME IS OUT OF STOCK?
In this event, Neeta Lulla will place your order on backorder and notify you via email within 48 hours regarding the status of your order as well as the time frame for us to process the same. If you wish to cancel your order while on backorder status we will issue you a credit note immediately.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY E-MAIL?
Yes, orders may be placed by email. You can write to us on orders@neetalulla.com to place your orders. In this case, payment can be made via online bank transfer.

CAN AN ORDER PLACED BY ME BE REFUSED BY NEETA LULLA?
Neeta Lulla shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order/s whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Neeta Lulla shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the amount of your original charge.

WHAT ABOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS TAXES, DUTIES, TARIFFS PAYABLE ON MY ORDER?
Neeta Lulla is not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or any other fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.

For Indian orders, we provide free shipping for all orders above INR 100000/- On orders less than 100000/- a shipping charge of INR 2,500/- is charged.

For international orders, we provide shipping charges based on orders. Our sales team will get in touch with you for the charges.

House of Neeta Lulla wedding couture is made-to-order and
takes 7 to 8 weeks for production and dispatch, depending on the garment’s design and style.

At the house of Neeta Lulla each piece is customized as per the client’s requirements and not two pieces are the same. Please note we do not accept returns and exchanges on the products once sold. We also do not take returns of products ordered on cash on
delivery.
